Participant 1: This training helped me understand the ISO 9001 procedures, required documentation for audits, and how to maintain each requirement effectively. I also found it useful to share best practices with people from other plants of our Group. This helped me gain knowledge of new methods and improvements that can be implemented.

Très bonne préparation de l’audit, avec une bonne compréhension du fonctionnement de notre entreprise.
J’ai également apprécié le feedback oral après chaque audit qui permet de se restreindre à un rapport reprenant l’essentiel (points forts, écarts et points d’amélioration) tout à fait exploitable par toutes les parties intéressées (audités, responsables des processus concernés, Mgt QHSE, Mgt de l’entreprise et auditeurs externes).

Dans le cadre de mon évolution professionnelle de technicien de maintenance à technicien chargé de projet, j’ai eu recours à la formation « Les bases de la gestion de projet » par QuanauP. Cette formation m’a permis de comprendre les enjeux de ce nouveau poste et de me préparer professionnellement.
